Welcome to REALTY 220.
Since day one, it has been our mission to provide agents a never-before-seen set of tools to help them catapult their business from the start. Rather than placing financial strain upon our agents, we give them the resources needed to successfully sustain a career in real estate. As you may already know, the majority of traditional brokerages are quite good about masking their intent to unusually profit from their agents. With us, we pride ourselves on transparency - what you see is what you get. We make sure every agent is entitled to the same exact benefits as each of their colleagues, thereby creating an equitable workspace.
Additionally, the days of placing a parameter on the definition of success are over. We welcome full-time, part-time, and referral agents because we know that this industry has a place for everyone, regardless of how many sales they accrue.
